The research project began with an examination of the term competence, followed by a study language and culture problem, socio-pedagogical problem enhancing students' universal its essential characteristics, non-philological conditions for general cultural competence in educational field. This was done consideration notion contemporary education fundamentals enhancement, keeping mind that primary focus is on competence.
Objectives: The primary goal of this study is to investigate and understand the challenges surrounding women's empowerment, particularly in context Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. objectives include identifying reasons behind underrepresentation women STEM, analyzing consequences gender gap, proposing potential solutions address these issues.
