PURPOSE: This study was designed to investigate the development of anemia during functional ileoanal pouch. METHODS: Eighty-three patients received an pouch between 1980 and 1987. Summary A case of concomitant vaginal prolapse and rectal procidentia has been presented. We believe this is only the second reported instance combination. Combined treatment utilizing a Teflon prosthesis result after follow-up period three years are described. The simplicity application good obtained make desirable procedure.
