In this work, we report a dielectric nanocomposite paper with layered boron nitride (BN) nanosheets wired by one-dimensional (1D) nanofibrillated cellulose (NFC) that has superior thermal and mechanical properties. These papers are fabricated from filtration of BN NFC suspensions, in which is used as stabilizer to stabilize nanosheets. these papers, two-dimensional (2D) form thermally conductive network, while 1D provides strength. A high conductivity been achieved along the surface (up...

Welding deformation and residual stress have negative influence on assembly accuracy service performance. Thermal elastic plastic (TEP) inherent strain finite element analysis (FEA) methods were used to study this challenge. Basic principle of these two was first introduced. The welding process, constraints, solid phase transformation multi-pass discussed, computation efficiency summarised. Loading method in FEA analysed, interface introduced simulate effects the gap especially for large...

The weak mechanical properties of dredged soil can be improved by using cementing agents. Comprehensive investigation the efficacy stabilizing methods, including Portland cement (PC) and alkali-activated ground granulated blast-furnace slag (CaO-GGBS), agent content from 12% to 16%, curing methods in different initial moisture soils, organic matter content, types was carried out. Experimental results showed that soils have stronger CaO-GGBS than PC. Maximum strength found highest 16%....

Weld seam positioning has been of great importance in enhancing welding automation levels. In this article, a multilayer strategy was proposed for automatic weld based on the point cloud model tubesheet. The method consists coarse and fine positioning. process positioning, feature-based maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) proposed, whose solution obtained by calculation between tubesheet image. Considering that several different coordinate systems—robot system (RCS), (TCS), (PCS)—exist...

Microstructure and alloy element distribution of dissimilar joint 316L EH36 in laser welding were researched, especially the influence misalignment on weld profile distribution. Weld zone (WZ) consisted austensite ferrite (F), heat affected (HAZ) side martensite, F, pearlite carbide precipitation. Positive increased both upper bottom widths (BWs), while negative made BW wider width narrower. HAZ steel was clear narrowed homogenised by misalignment. Alloy contents Cr Ni WZ much more The...
