Abstract Thermodynamic equations connecting the Grüneisen and Anderson‐Grüneisen parameters r , q δ T S with experimentally determinable quantities are used to determine values of these at room temperature 295 K. The results so obtained discussed in light currently accepted theoretical experimental quantities.

Abstract It is shown thermodynamically that the isothermal Anderson parameter δ T can be expressed in terms of constant pressure and volume temperature derivatives thermal expansion coefficient α. This result used to study variation for NaCl. The suggests should present a sharply rising particularly at temperatures approaching melting temperature.

Dispersion curves of four hexagonal metals Be, Mg, Ho and Tl have been obtained on the basis a modified Sharma-Joshi model. Agreements with experimental measurements are fairly good in two cases namely Be Mg but not so other two. However dispersion (0001) direction almost exact agreement ones deviations which largest at zone boundaries (0110) general more than 15 per cent.

A phenomenological model for the study of lattice dynamics hcp metals has been developed by adding an approximate electron-ion-interaction term to a five-neighbor central pair potential. Application four solids Mg, Sc, Zr, and Ho leads dispersion curves which generally present good agreement with corresponding experimental curves.

Abstract The equation of state LiF is studied by the method discussed in authors' earlier paper on sodium chloride. agreement between calculated and experimental values for thermal expansion becomes poor at high temperatures. Various possibilities improving this are discussed.

Self consistent values for the shear and bulk moduli of a large number hexagonal tetragonal polycrystals are estimated by solving pair simultaneous equations each both systems. The solved method iteration using VRH mean as zeroth approximation effective moduli. In majority cases Voigt (V) Reuss (R) limits pretty close making process converge fast. There are, however, few which pose difficulties can be easily overcome. theoretical results compared with corresponding experimental wherever...

Purpose : This study used the unified theory of acceptance and use technology 2 (UTAUT2) model to try find antecedents behavioral intention among millennials buy smartwatches. We looked into variables influencing millennials' acquire smartwatches because their growing propensity embrace them. Methodology A mixed method approach was used, with a qualitative assisting in identification significant elements quantitative investigation (using structural equation modeling) analyzing links that...

A phenomenological model of the lattice dynamics hcp metals has been developed by adding a modified Sharma-Joshi electron-ion interaction term to five neighbour central pair potential. The equilibrium condition derived from potential system is shown agree with rotational invariance for system. used study phonon dispersion in Y and Tb found give reasonably good agreement experimental curves.
