A disordered porous structure with nanoclusters on nickel superalloy is created using femtosecond laser ablation, optimized parameters for antireflection in the midinfrared range. Horizontal line scanning at 10 μm spacing and 50 mm s −1 speed yields best performance 0.041% reflectance. The structure's large‐scale span high porosity aid wave absorption. Micron‐scale protrusions enhance reflection, nanostructure density impacting single reflection rates. Micron structures primarily drive...
By utilizing the force-electric conversion capabilities of piezoelectric materials, ceramic coatings are intended to monitor state component damage. In this study, lead zirconate titanate [Pb(Zr, Ti)O3, PZT] were prepared on SUS304 substrate by vacuum cold spraying (VCS). The phase structure, microstructure, and electrical properties PZT coating analyzed. According findings, has a typical tetragonal perovskite Xi photoelectron spectrometer (XPS) findings show that room-temperature deposition...
In this paper, different Mn content doped potassium sodium niobate (KNMN) coatings were prepared by plasma spraying technology, and the effects of doping on microstructure electrical properties investigated. The results showed that mechanical a trend increasing then decreasing with increase content, best obtained when was 2 mol%.
Low-energy laser peening (LE-LP) is a green and pollution-free surface deformation strengthening technology. In this work, LE-LP was used to improve the properties of NiCrBSi-WC/Co (Ni-WC) coating. The investigation focused on impact coating microstructure, microhardness, residual stress, tribological properties. results showed that although hot melting damaged surface, phase structure coatings did not change significantly. coating’s hardness increased yet its roughness decreased as result...
AbstractIn order to realize the preparation of environmentally friendly piezoelectric ceramic coatings on surface metallic materials, sodium bismuth titanate (Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3, BNT) were prepared by supersonic plasma spraying. The morphology, cross-sectional phase structure, and elemental valence variations BNT coating examined, as well dielectric ferroelectric properties coating. results show that has a good quality single perovskite structure. constant was stable at about 425 loss 0.06 when...
