C/C-SiC-(ZrxHf1-x)C composites were prepared by the reactive melt infiltration method. The microstructure of porous C/C skeleton and composites, as well structural evolution ablation behavior systematically investigated. results show that mainly composed carbon fiber, matrix, SiC ceramic, (ZrxHf1-x)C (ZrxHf1-x)Si2 solid solutions. refinement pore structure is beneficial to promote formation ceramic. exhibited outstanding resistance under an air-plasma environment at around 2000 °C. After for...
In this study, two types of porous Cf/Cm composites were obtained by introducing pyrolytic carbon (PyC) and carbon/furan resin (PyC/FRC). Subsequently, Cf/Cm-SiC-(ZrxHf1−x)C with different matrices prepared SiC (ZrxHf1−x)C into the via reactive melt infiltration method, specifically termed as Cf/PyC-SiC-(ZrxHf1−x)C Cf/PyC/FRC-SiC-(ZrxHf1−x)C composites. The microstructures examined, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on microstructural evolution mechanical behaviors results indicate that...
