With the paraxial approximation, we derive analytical formulas for propagation of a twisted rectangular multi-Gaussian Schell-model (TRMGSM) beam in free space and oceanic turbulence. The spectral density degree coherence TRMGSM both turbulence are investigated. We found that barely had any influence on rotation effect coherence. In addition, spot could degenerate into Gaussian profile caused by medium. Furthermore, stronger turbulence, spreads more rapidly, region decreases faster. this...

An analytical model for electromagnetic twisted Gaussian Schell-model array (EM TGSMA) beams is introduced. We derive the expression cross-spectral density matrix (CSDM) of such beam propagating in free space and investigate spectral density, degree polarization (DOP) coherence (DOC) detail. Twist effects evolutions DOC DOP during propagation are also demonstrated. It found that twist can be influenced by width length. In particular, senses rotation controlled adjusting strength....

Optical twist has always been a hot spot in optics since it was discovered 1993. Twisted beams can be generated by introducing the phase into partially coherent beams, or twisting anisotropic whose spectral density and degree of coherence will spontaneously rotate during propagation. Unlike conventional twisted have unique properties used many applications, such as optical communications, laser material processing, particle manipulation. In this paper, we present review recent developments...

We introduce a new class of twisted sinc-correlation Schell-model (TSCSM) beams and analyze the statistical characteristics such novel sources during propagation. Several typical examples are given to specifically explore distribution twist effect spectral density degree coherence (DOC). It is shown that irradiance profile light intensity always rotates 90 degree. With appropriate field adjustment, DOC would be diverse. can exhibit unidirectional or non-unidirectional rotation Besides,...
