Leveraging natural language processing models using a large volume of text data in the construction safety domain offers unique opportunity to improve understanding accidents and ability learn from them. However, little effort has been made date regard utilizing for prediction accident types that can help prevent manage potential accidents. This research aims develop model predicting six (caught-in-between, cuts, falls, struck-by, trips, others) by employing transfer learning with fine-tuned...
In a new Tatiana‐2 mission the measurement of transient luminous events (TLE) in Earth atmosphere nadir direction are planned. Near UV temporal images TLE millisecond scale will be measured together with profiles 8 channels wide spectrum emission. Simultaneously variation electron flux at satellite orbit measured. Aims these measurements to continue research bright flashes, started Tatiana‐1 (Universitetsky–Tatiana satellite), their global distribution, rate over oceans and continents,...
Detectors on the "Universitetsky‐Tatiana" satellite measured a smoothly varying intensity of UV radiation from night‐time atmosphere in nadir direction and energetic electron flux at orbit. At high latitudes auroral oval is interpreted as being due to electrons penetrating into atmosphere. middle an order magnitude less more data are needed reveal origin this radiation. Millisecond flashes were observed. The flashes' energy, temporal profile global distribution similar these parameters for...
Presented is a closed-loop feedback control of an electrostatically actuated micromirror to track moving light source and stabilise fast the tilting angle. The has been designed fabricated with single crystalline silicon. Tracking tilt-angle stabilisation tested using position-sensing detector analogue circuit. Successful tracking was achieved. also verified improve time significantly.
A novel type of telescope, a pinhole-like camera with micromirror array, is introduced for space observation transient luminous events (TLEs) like gigantic lightning occurring at upper atmosphere currently under question or investigation. The presented telescope has unique feature wide field view (FOV) surveillance, fast zoom-in and tracking. high-fill factor, two-axis rotational array proposed the key component telescope. To obtain large static deflection mirror, self-aligned vertical...
