A compact 28 Gb/s × 4-lane transmitter optical subassembly is developed for 100Gb/s Ethernet (100 GbE)/OTU4 applications with a hybrid integrated spatial multiplexer system. The system simply comprises three bandpass filters and mirror, despite the narrow guardband specification. Moreover, by an intensively improved precise lens manipulation technique acting in upward direction addition to horizontally downward, high-coupled power into single-mode output fiber can be achieved, resolving...
A compact integrated LAN-WDM EML TOSA employing stripline with an aperture in the FPC was demonstrated for 200 and 400 Gb/s Ethernet over a 10 km range. The back to TDECQs obtained were less than 1.37 dB at 2.82 Gb/s, respectively. In addition good TDECQ characteristics, penalties due electrical crosstalk well suppressed thanks signal line structure FPC. There almost no those 0.4 all lanes, which agreed very our simulation. Investigating transmission of fiber reveals that dispersion occurred...
We demonstrated an integrated LAN-WDM 400-Gb/s (53Gbaud-PAM4) EML TOSA. Low power consumption less than 1.3 W between -5 °C and 80 was obtained besides the measured TDECQs below 2.45 dB for all lanes.
We report a high speed EML assembled in the TOSA package. A low loss LCP flexible print circuit was applied as an electric interface and demonstrated large bandwidth of 35.5 GHz SECQ value 2.08dB were obtained, which are comparable to itself. The performance with cost effective FPC is promising candidate for 53.2 GBaud PAM4 application.
A Ku-band elliptic-function band rejection filter (BRF) has been developed which employs a rectangular waveguide, dielectric resonators (DRs), and an external coupling waveguide to obtain attenuation poles. The high-Q DRs the realize lager with smaller number of stages than that conventional all-pole BRFs like Chebyshev or maximally-flat response. BRF Is designed on equivalent circuit, be symmetric circuit symmetry thus enables simple evenand odd-mode analyses. is connected through slots in...
