The abnormal growth of grains near the surface NdCeFeB magnets reduces number grain boundaries, and meanwhile, formation REFe2 phase also hinders diffusion rare earth elements, both which limit enhancement magnetic properties. This poses a certain challenge for preparation high Ce content magnets. In this work, it is found that TbPrNdAl source can suppress mutual between in main elements source, thereby restraining inhibiting phase. Eventually, more uniform core-shell structure thin...
The energy band structure, density of states, and optical properties monolayers MoS2 doped with alkaline earth metals (Be/Mg/Ca/Sr/Ba) are systematically studied based on first principles. results indicate that all the systems have a great potential to be formed structurally stable. In comparison monolayer MoS2, doping in lattice distortions system. Therefore, recombination photogenerated hole-electron pairs is suppressed effectively. Simultaneously, introduction dopants reduces gap while...
We employed both theoretical and computational models supported by experiments to study the multistable behavior of an edge-effect driven Si/Cr micro-claw. Our showed that individual micro-claws demonstrate either monostability or bistability as magnitude edge effect is varied.
