We firstly achieved significant regulation of the colossal electroresistance (CER) by ion doping in PbPdO 2 thin films. Combined with DFT calculation, we elucidate underlying mechanism its influence.

Ga-doped zinc oxide (GZO) thin films had been deposited by DC magnetron sputtering method at high argon (Ar) gas pressure and 250°C temperature on glass substrates. The Ar was varied between 12.1 12.9 Pa. results indicated the GZO a hexagonal wurtzite structure highly C-axis preferred out-of-plane orientation. As increased,the (002) diffraction peak intensity gradually decreased,indicating orientation became worse. Meanwhile crystallite size were crystal surface better. sheet resistance...
