Abstract High-purity germanium (HPGe) detectors, serving as crucial devices that convert radiation signals into electrical signals, are characterized by their wide detection range and high energy resolution, which makes them widely applicable in fields such nuclear physics research aerospace. HPGe detectors require a large sensitive area thickness to achieve broad range. However, the incomplete charge collection becomes more pronounced due size of detectors. Furthermore, limited position...

In this study, a controllable equal-gap large-area silicon drift detector (L-SDD) is designed. The surface leakage current reduced by reducing the SiO2-Si interface through new design. design of equal gap also solves problem whereby widens due to larger size in previous SDD design, which leads large invalid area detector. paper, spiral hexagonal L-SDD 1 cm radius selected for calculation, and we implement 3D modeling simulation device. results show that internal potential gradient...

A semiconducting polypyrrole composite was designed to exhibit electric field dependent charge carrier distributions. Junctions were grown electrochemically on gold crossbars. Application of fields results in the drift mobile cations, creating regions with higher conductivity and increased current. The induced redistribution field- time-dependent current good junction-to-junction repeatability. electrical transport dominated by space limited will have better scaling behavior than surface...

Dynamic resistive memory devices based on a conjugated polymer composite (PPy0DBS − Li + (PPy: polypyrrole; DBS : dodecylbenzenesulfonate)), with field-driven ion migration, have been demonstrated. In this work the dynamics of these systems has investigated and it concluded that increasing applied field can dramatically increase rate at which information be 'written' into devices. A conductance model using space charge limited current coupled an electric induced reconfiguration successfully...

In order to enhance the output performance of energy storage and lower cost storage, this paper focuses on energy-power hybrid system set up using a lithium battery flywheel. Setting cut-off frequency divides entire power into low high components, which are then allocated batteries flywheels, respectively, based Hilbert-Huang transform. The conventional economic approach, aims for minimal annual total cost, is enhanced. Under specific circumstances, capacity optimization configuration model...
