This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) inhibitors plus apatinib chemotherapy (PAC) in patients with locally advanced gastric cancer (LAGC).Seventy-three resectable LAGC were enrolled named PAC group (n=39) or (AC) (n=34) based on treatment they chose.
