Biohydrogen production from sugarcane-based substrates such as vinasse and bagasse has been studied. In this study, sugarcane was hydrolyzed in acidified five ratios, including 1:0, 1:15, 1:30, 1:45, 0:1 ((dry weight (g)/ liquid (mL)). the 1:15 ratio of to (SB/AV), maximum amount sugars reached 10.03 g sugar/L.
