Abstract This study outlines the synthesis of pyrazine sulfonamides ( 3 a – i ) along with halo‐phenyl derivatives 4 j and 5 e ). The antiproliferative effects were tested against MCF‐7 breast cancer, colon carcinoma HT‐29, HCT‐116 WT, p53 knock‐out mutant cell lines. Compounds b c notably active WT cells, while h moderately effective cells.
