With growing knowledge about ovarian cancer over the last decades, diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of patients have become highly specialized, an individually adapted approach should be made in each woman by interdisciplinary cooperation. Objectives: Within the last decade video-assisted mitral valve surgery via right anterolateral minithoracotomy has become standard approach for surgical treatment of severe regurgitation (MR) primary/secondary etiology. We analyzed preoperative variables, intraoperative data and postoperative results at our institution, retrospectively.
