Objectives: Within the last decade video-assisted mitral valve surgery via right anterolateral minithoracotomy has become standard approach for surgical treatment of severe regurgitation (MR) primary/secondary etiology. We analyzed preoperative variables, intraoperative data and postoperative results at our institution, retrospectively.
