ABSTRACT
The semantic Web is, without a doubt, gaining momentum in both industry and academia. recent International Semantic Conference (ISWC) attracted more than 500 researchers; major vendors including IBM, Oracle, Software AG have released or announced products; the forthcoming Technology San Jose, California, is poised to be an impressive showcase for executives venture capitalists on business potential of technologies. Unfortunately, services are underrepresented agenda, at least if we take number scientific publications about as proxy. Most researchers dedicate their attention annotating content stored static documents database-driven applications.
