ABSTRACT
The perovskite quantum dots are usually synthesized by solution chemistry and then fabricated into film for device application with some extra process. Here it is reported the first time to in situ formation of a crosslinked 2D/3D NH 3 C 4 H 9 COO(CH ) n Pb Br planar films controllable confine via bifunctional amino acid crosslinkage, which comparable CH PbBr dots. These atomic layer facilely tuned addition bi‐functional 5‐aminovaleric (Ava) 2 COOH regular (CH )PbBr (MAPbBr precursor solutions. Both + COO − groups zwitterionic proposed crosslink MAPbBr units PbCOO bond ion between [PbX 6 ] unit. characterizations force microscopy, scanning electron Raman, photoluminescence spectroscopy confirm successful fabrication ultrasmooth stable tunable optical properties. Ava(MAPbBr would serve as distinct promising materials optoelectronic applications.
