ABSTRACT
Abstract Solid tumors are characterized by a hypoxic and immunologically “cold” microenvironment that dramatically limits the therapeutic outcomes of immunotherapy. Thus, strategies materials capable reversing immunosuppression in immune‐cold highly desired. Herein, it is reported oxygen (O 2 ) self‐supplementing conjugated microporous polymer nanosheets can be utilized to elicit robust antitumor T cell immune response immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. The ultrathin generate O through water splitting reaction produce massive reactive species (ROS) under near infrared light irradiation. Meanwhile, unique photothermal property generates hyperthermia Consequently, they able maximize immunogenic death (ICD) performance inducing adequate damage‐related molecular patterns tumors. Other than fostering infiltration elicited ICD, loaded indoleamine 2,3‐dioxygenase reverse empower ICD effect for efficient cells priming. In vivo experiments conclusively prove designed exhibit great potential eradication, metastasis prevention, as well long‐term survival. Such photocatalytic platform opens up new paths broadens application polymer‐based cancer therapy.
