ABSTRACT
Abstract Skin and soft tissue infection (SSTI) is an inflammatory condition caused by bacteria, the eradication of biofilms important problem when treating such infections. Because low dispersibility biofilm permeability magnetic antibacterial materials, removal difficult persists. To solve these problems, inspired conventional cloud bombs, a “nano‐cloud bomb” adjusting synthesis ratio to alter shape assembled zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF), namely ZIF‐L‐Fe, synthesized simply rapidly. ZIF‐L‐Fe has flower‐like clustered structure with sharp edges, which prevents stacking 2D ZIF nanoleaves, thereby enhancing dispersion Fe nanoparticles increasing penetration under action magnetism. Additionally, retains photothermal catalytic properties nanoparticles, can kill methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) at temperature efficiently catalyze hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O ). its effect, rapidly penetrate biofilm, thus forming craters destroying local structure. Accordingly, proposed strategy ZIF‐loaded delivery provides novel concept that requires further development for clinical application treatment
