ABSTRACT
Abstract Nanocarriers are essential for targeted and enhanced drug delivery. However, the use of toxic solvent complex chemical functionalization have seriously limited their clinical translation. Here, a one‐step strategy is developed to direct self‐assembly biocompatible core‐shell nanocapsules with tunable surface functionality by microfluidics. Upon rapid mixing exchange ethanol water in microfluidic device, drug, oil, polymer, polymer‐PEG‐function co‐precipitate self‐assemble into desired as driven energy minimization. The prepared PCL‐PEG‐FA demonstrate high encapsulation efficiency loading capacity exhibit excellent tumor‐targeting delivery performances both vitro vivo via binding functional group on nanocapsule corresponding receptor tumor cell membrane. immune activation microenvironment investigated detail flow cytometry multiplex immunohistochemistry staining reveal underlying mechanism anti‐tumor performances. green, facile, versatile, scalable offers promising platform design advanced nanocarriers hierarchical structure function
