ABSTRACT
Abstract n‐Type Mg 3 (Sb, Bi) 2 shows great prospects in mid‐temperature power generation due to its extraordinary thermoelectric (TE) performance, low‐cost, and environment‐friendly attributes. However, practical application is hindered by the slow progress of p‐type counterpart. Herein, a high ZT ≈0.9 at 773 K achieved for Na 0.01 1.7 Zn 1 Yb 0.25 Sb through manipulation electronic transport properties. Then thermal expansion matched barrier material Fe 75 25 subtly obtained . The contact resistivity no longer increases significantly after aging 72 hours 673 tends stabilize, remaining below ≈17 µΩ cm 168 hours. Paired with high‐performance n‐type , transient liquid phase bonding technique adopted connect hot side all‐Mg ‐based legs electrode low temperature, which enables service temperature. This module displays efficiency ≈8.3% temperature difference ≈430 good stability when maintained K. work merits potential device heat recovery.
