ABSTRACT
Abstract Antibody‐based medicines and nanomedicines are very promising for cancer therapy due to the high specificity efficacy of antibodies. However, antibody‐drug conjugates antibody‐modified nanomaterials frequently suffer from low drug loading loss functions covalent modification antibody. A novel versatile strategy prepare supramolecular by coassembly an affibody (antiHER2) drug‐peptide amphiphiles is reported here. During enzyme‐instructed self‐assembly process, amphiphile can coassemble with affibody, resulting in nanofibers hydrogels. The (>30 wt%), stability antiHER2 significantly improved at 37 °C (>15 d vitro). exhibit affinity HER2+ cells be efficiently taken up these cells. In a mouse tumor model, abolish NCI‐N87 growth good accumulation retention tumor. This study provides specificity.
