ABSTRACT
The utilization of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors for real-time label-free molecular interaction analysis is already being employed in the fields vitro diagnostics and biomedicine. However, widespread application SPR technology hindered by its limited detection throughput high cost. To address this issue, study introduces a novel multifunctional MetaSPR high-throughput microplate biosensor featuring 3D nanocups array structure, aiming to achieve screening with reduced cost enhanced speed. Different types analytical methods have been developed accurate antibody subtype identification, epitope binding, affinity determination, collocation, quantitative detection, greatly promoting early-stage drugs. platform combined nano-enhanced particles amplifies signal improves sensitivity, making it more convenient, sensitive, efficient than traditional ELISA. findings demonstrate that new practical can improve efficiency biomolecular studies unlimited potential drug development.
