A new transparent neutron-scintillating material has been developed based on polystyrene-block-poly(ethylene oxide). The unique self-assembly structure of the block copolymer makes it possible to dope hydrophilic Li+ in ethylene-oxide domain and hydrophobic organic fluors styrene (see Figure).
