ABSTRACT
Bacteria-Responsive Multifunctional Nanogel: We developed a bacteria-responsive multifunctional nanogel for targeted antibiotic delivery, in which bacterial enzymes are utilized to trigger release by degrading the polyphosphoester core. The mannosylated preferentially delivers drugs macrophages and leads drug accumulation at infection sites through macrophage transport. This provides targeting lesion site-activatable properties, enhances growth inhibition. Detailed facts of importance specialist readers published as "Supporting Information".
