ABSTRACT
Construction of ultrathin film organic transistors is an important challenge towards deeper understanding the charge transport mechanism and multifunctional applications. We report on precise thickness control films several semiconductors by using a simple spin-coating approach. Ultrathin film, n-channel with mobilities well over 1.0 cm2 V−1 s−1 have been realized their potential in high-sensitivity gas sensing other applications demonstrated.
