ABSTRACT
Transient mobility spectroscopy (TMS) is presented as a new tool to probe the charge carrier of commonly employed organic and inorganic semiconductors over relevant range densities. The density dependence used in hybrid photovoltaics gives insights into transport phenomena solid state dye sensitized solar cells.
