ABSTRACT
The creation of new organic–inorganic phototransistors with high and broad spectral photosensitivity is reported. extended charge transport photoconductivity between the layers in bilayer structure results a notable detectivity over 1012 Jones linear dynamic range 100 dB at bandwidth across UV–NIR range. Furthermore, considerably reduced persistent photocurrent effect In–Ga–Zn–O (IGZO)-based hybrid first demonstrated via an approach.
