ABSTRACT
Transparent conducting electrodes (TCEs) are considered to be an essential structural component of flexible organic solar cells (FOSCs). Silver nanowire (AgNW) widely used as TCEs owing their excellent electrical and optical properties. The fabrication AgNW has faced challenges in terms forming large uniform interconnected networks so that high conductivity reproducibility can achieved. In this study, a simple method for creating intimate contact between AgNWs uses cold isostatic pressing (CIP) is demonstrated. This increases the electrodes, which enables high‐efficiency inverted FOSCs have power conversion efficiency 8.75% on polyethylene terephthalate with no short circuiting occurring CIP process minimizes surface roughness electrode. allows achieve 100% manufacturing yield FOSCs. Furthermore, these highly efficient proven only 2.4% less even extreme bending radius R ≈ 1.5 mm, compared initial efficiency.
