ABSTRACT
Excess/unreacted lead iodide (PbI2 ) has been commonly used in perovskite films for the state-of-the-art solar cell applications. However, an understanding of intrinsic degradation mechanisms cells (PSCs) containing unreacted PbI2 still insufficient and, therefore, needs to be clarified better operational durability. Here, it is shown that PSCs hastened by crystals under continuous light illumination. Unreacted undergoes photodecomposition illumination, resulting formation and iodine films. Thus, this one main reasons accelerated device degradation. Therefore, work reveals carefully controlling very important improve stability diverse opto-electronic applications future.
