ABSTRACT
Sweat gland (SwG) regeneration is crucial for the functional rehabilitation of burn patients. In vivo chemical reprogramming that harnessing patient's own cells in damaged tissue substantial interest to regenerate organs endogenously by pharmacological manipulation, which could compensate loss devastating diseases and injuries, example, burns. However, achieving challenging due low efficiency an unfavorable environment. Herein, this work has developed a functionalized proteinaceous nanoformulation delivery system containing prefabricated epidermal growth factor structure on-demand cocktail seven SwG components dermal site. Such can efficiently induce conversion keratinocytes into myoepithelial cells, resulting successful situ SwGs. Notably, SwGs achieved first time with impressive 30.6%, surpassing previously reported efficiencies. Overall, provides platform coordinating target multiple agents facilitating chemicals. This advancement greatly improves clinical accessibility offers non-surgical, non-viral, cell-free strategy regeneration.
