ABSTRACT
Abstract In a 2D electron system (2DES) the breaking of inversion, time‐reversal and bulk crystal‐field symmetries is interlaced with effects spin‐orbit coupling (SOC) triggering exotic quantum phenomena. Here, epitaxial engineering used to design realize 2DES characterized simultaneously by ferromagnetic order, large Rashba SOC hexagonal band warping at (111) interfaces between LaAlO 3 , EuTiO SrTiO insulators. The displays anomalous corrections magneto‐conductance driven time‐reversal‐symmetry occurring below magnetic transition temperature. results are explained emergence non‐trivial Berry phase competing weak anti‐localization/weak localization back‐scattering Dirac‐like fermions, mimicking phenomenology gapped topological These findings open perspectives for novel spin‐polarized functional holding promises in spin‐orbitronics electronics.
