ABSTRACT
Abstract Metal‐halide perovskite single crystals (SCs) are promising candidates for next‐generation X‐ray detectors. detectors fabricated using FAPbI 3 SCs exhibit high detection sensitivity. However, two pressing issues still need to be addressed practical applications: the orientation‐controlled growth and environmentally friendly acquisition of high‐quality SCs. In this study, large SC rods (SCRs) with unique orientation grown a biomass‐derived green solvent. Owing carrier mobility bulk resistivity oriented SCRs, realize record sensitivity (2.16 × 10 5 µC Gy −1 cm −2 ) dark current density ratio (1.93 9 s). Furthermore, both ultralow drifts, as well limit 2 nGy s . These characteristics enable achieve high‐resolution imaging, even at dose rates low 12 This study not only contributes new technical solution low‐dose detection, but also establishes approach low‐cost production core materials
