ABSTRACT
Abstract Polydopamine (PDA) has been applied widely in electronic elements, environmental management, and biomedical science. However, simple, mild, ultrathin, template‐free 2D PDA (2D‐PDA) fabrication is still a big challenge. Herein, single‐layered 2D‐PDA fabricated via an oxidation‐based exfoliation route by hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O ). The thickness of 3.4 Å, similar to that graphene. Melanin‐like with photothermal conversion rate (η) 27.16% promising hyperthermia agent cancer treatment (photothermal therapy, PTT). Furthermore, the plane‐oriented orientation high surface area designed as zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc, photosensitizer for photodynamic PDT) carrier fabricate nanomedicine (denoted PZNSs). Upon combined light irradiation, PZNSs achieve satisfactory synergistic anticancer efficiency.
