ABSTRACT
Abstract Interfacial space charges significantly influence transport and recombination of charge carriers in optoelectronic devices. Due to the mixed ionic‐electronic conducting properties halide perovskites, not only electronic effects, but also ionic interactions at their interfaces need be considered analysis charges.
