ABSTRACT
Abstract Diabetes mellitus has become a serious public health problem worldwide. Current home‐based glucose testing, including fingerstick blood testing and continuous monitoring, suffers from low compliance potential infection. Non‐invasive detection, with the advantages of pain‐free, easy‐to‐operate, low‐cost, is expected to significantly improve experience at home for diabetic patients. Here, an enzymatic biosensing platform high sensitivity stability developed based on conductive nanomesh composed interconnected metal‐organic frameworks (MOF). The as‐prepared enzyme‐encapsulated MOF exhibits uniform morphology, regular structure, superior catalytic performance, outstanding electrical conductivity. sensor modified by demonstrates considerably 86.86 µA m −1 cm −2 limit detection 16.57 µ , remains stable 16 days usage. Detection real saliva samples matches well commercial salivary assay kit accuracy >93%, correlation Pearson's r > 0.7. Therefore, presented biosensor holds great in provides novel strategy noan‐invasive detection.
