ABSTRACT
Abstract Platinum nanowires (Pt‐NWs) and their arrays are critical metallic materials for the fabrication of functional structures circuit interconnections in microsensors microelectronic circuits. Currently, preparation Pt‐NWs is mainly based on electron beam lithography electrochemical growth methods, which hindered by complex process flows, low length‐diameter ratios, disordered products. In this study, an effective method proposed to prepare ordered array with ultra‐high ratio using electrohydrodynamic jet (E‐Jet) printing pyrolytic reduction. The micrometer/sub‐micrometer platinum precursor fibers (Pt‐PFs) first deposited E‐Jet printing, then followed a one‐step heat treatment facilitate diameter shrinkage Pt‐PFs reduction produce Pt‐NWs. This used long, straight, continuous diameters as 77 nm ratios exceeding 10 4 , arrays, grids, suspended also obtained. study provides new controllable nanostructures, can be widely manufacturing high‐performance micro‐nano devices.
