ABSTRACT
Abstract Polarization‐sensitive photodetection has drawn a great deal of research interests, which takes advantage anisotropy from the lattice structure or morphology active material. However, no photodetectors combined these two kinds together for linearly polarized photodetection. Here, photodetector based on cesium lead iodide (β‐CsPbI 3 ) nanowire array with anisotropic crystal is demonstrated. Owing to and β‐CsPbI nanowires, device exhibited high sensitivity light photocurrent ratio 2.68 2.17 rigid flexible substrates, respectively, was much higher than existing photodetectors. In addition, substrate only dropped by 5% after 500 bending cycles, indicating excellent flexibility folding endurance CsPbI device. The application nanowires in polarization‐sensitive might provide new functionalities novel optoelectronic applications.
