Nonlinear Few‐Layer MXene‐Assisted All‐Optical Wavelength Conversion at Telecommunication Band

ABSTRACT
Abstract Optical signal processing based on 2D materials is a hot topic which has attracted rising interests. As novel class of material, MXene becoming promising nonlinear photonics material. In this contribution, Ti 3 C 2 T x , prepared by liquid acid etching method, developed as all‐optical device depositing microfiber, shows an excellent optical response at the telecommunication band. The as‐fabricated employed wavelength converter four‐wave mixing effect with conversion efficiency –59 dB carrying 10 GHz signal. proposed can play remarkable role in future communications and information processing.
