ABSTRACT
Abstract Metasurfaces comprising 3D chiral structures have shown great potential in chiroptical applications such as optical components and sensing. So far, the main challenges lie nanofabrication limited operational bandwidth. Homogeneous localized broadband near‐field chirality enhancement has not been achieved. Here, an effective method to create a metasurface with far‐ properties is demonstrated. A focused ion beam used cut stretch nanowires into Archimedean spirals from stacked films. The spiral self‐similar fractal structure sensitive of light. exhibits responses 2 8 µm. With circularly polarized light (CPL), shows superior far‐field transmission dissymmetry handedness‐dependent localization. linearly excitation, homogeneous highly enhanced generated at stably position inside spiral. yet straightforward fabrication strategy allows easy response well strongly chirality. reported may find optics
