ABSTRACT
Abstract Semiconducting polymers are attractive optical materials in optoelectronic devices and biomedical applications because of their superior properties remarkable versatility. Optical imaging the second near‐infrared window (NIR‐II) has become increasingly popular owing to merits large penetration depth high signal noise ratio, leading a great deal interest exploration development probes NIR‐II region. In this review, recent advances semiconducting polymer nanoparticles (SPNs) region for therapeutics summarized. This review focuses on design strategies toward enhancing emission deep tissue imaging, improving performance photoacoustic utilizing absorptivity photothermal photodynamic therapy, number comprehensive multifunctional therapeutics. Finally, current challenges discussed perspectives future field shared.
