ABSTRACT
Abstract Ultrafast control of both electric and spin currents triggered by femtosecond laser pulse has attracted much attention due to future applications for broadband THz emitter as well high‐speed spintronic devices. Optically generated current is converted charge via multiple spin‐charge conversion mechanisms, generating wave emission in magnetic multilayers. However, date, quantitative comparative investigation originating from mechanisms not yet been fully explored. Here, direct straightforward nondestructive probing measure provided at original Co/Pt Co/Ta interfaces embedded Pt/Co/Ta multilayers with polarization analysis optical pump emission. These results allow a fundamental understanding various phenomena, which key basis source development.
