ABSTRACT
Abstract Hypertension is a global public health challenge that imposes significant burden on patients and healthcare systems. Conventional treatment involves dose escalation of an antihypertensive drug, if the desired response not achieved, are prescribed another often in combination with other therapies. Importantly, drug synergy dose‐, time‐ patient‐dependent. Coupled challenges intra‐ inter‐individual variability, standard care can lead to sub‐optimal outcomes, additional visits, adherence issues. Furthermore, these factors cause complication being misperceived as refractory regimens sub‐optimally administered. A scalable strategy longitudinally optimize patient would be powerful advance for chronic disease management. This four‐patient case series reports application CURATE.AI mechanism‐independent disease‐agnostic platform retrospective N‐of‐1 (personalized) optimization using each patient's own data, including doses corresponding changes blood pressures. approach may enable rapid prediction identification optimal yield improved outcomes. implemented clinical workflows without creating extensive data collection. The findings from this study support prospective validation hypertension
