ABSTRACT
Abstract Polymer‐based capacitors with high energy density have attracted significant attention in recent years due to their wide range of potential applications electronic devices. However, the obtained is predominantly dependent on applied electric field, e.g., 400–600 kV mm −1 , which may bring more challenges relating failure probability. Here, a simple two‐step method for synthesizing titanium dioxide/lead zirconate titanate nanowire arrays exploited and demonstration ability achieve discharge low operating voltage provided. A 6.9 J cm −3 achieved at fields, i.e., 143 attributed relative permittivity 218.9 1 kHz polarization 23.35 µC −2 this field. The work highest known ceramic/polymer nanocomposite such novel used are applicable as harvesting, storage, photocatalysis.
