ABSTRACT
Abstract Disorder‐induced Griffiths singularity of quantum phase transition (QPT) is a crucial issue in 2D superconductors (2DSC). In superconducting system, the strength disorder found to be associated with vortex pinning energy, which closely related singularity; however, direct study elucidate role energy on 2DSC remains undertaken. Here, an artificial system designed by randomly depositing nanoislands 2Delectron gas (2DEG). Quantum present graphene/Pb‐islands‐array hybrid, where behavior transits weakly localized metallic induced vertical magnetic field and exhibits critical diverging dynamical exponent approaching zero temperature. Compared graphene/Sn‐islands‐array hybrid sharp QPT observed, acquired from Arrhenius plot analysis greater may contribute presence singularity. This work provide comprehensive interpretation 2DSC.
