ABSTRACT
Recent research shows that the interface state in perovskite solar cells is main factor which affects stability and performance of device, engineering including strain an effective method to solve this issue. In work, a CsBr buffer layer inserted between NiO x hole transport relieve lattice mismatch induced stress induce more ordered crystal growth. The experimental theoretical results show addition optimizes absorber layer, reduces defects traps, enhances extraction/transfer. power conversion efficiency optimal device reaches up 19.7% significantly higher than without layer. Meanwhile, also improved. This work provides deep understanding /perovskite new strategy for optimization.
