ABSTRACT
Abstract Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a progressive form of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease that can lead to irreversible cirrhosis and cancer. Early diagnosis NASH vital detect before it becomes life‐threatening, yet noninvasively differentiating from simple steatosis challenging. Herein, bifunctional probes have been developed target the hepatocyte‐specific asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR), expression which decreases during progression. The results show allow longitudinal, noninvasive monitoring ASGPR levels by positron emission tomography in newly rat model NASH. open new possibilities for research into early development drugs slow or reverse its
