ABSTRACT
Abstract The pursuit of pharmacological interventions in aging aims focuses on maximizing safety and efficacy, prompting an exploration natural products endowed with inherent medicinal properties. Subsequently, this work establishes a unique library plant extracts sourced from Yunnan Province, China. Screening herbal herein revealed that Salsola collina (JM10001) notably enhances both lifespan healthspan C. elegans . Further analysis via network pharmacology indicates the p53 signaling pathway plays crucial role mediating anti‐aging effects JM10001. Additionally, identifies composition, designated as JM10101 comprising three chemical constituents JM10001, preserves original lifespan‐extending activity Both JM10001 mitigate symptoms senescence‐accelerated mice treated doxorubicin naturally aged mice. Notably, exhibits more sophisticated senomorphlytic encompassing senomorphic senolytic functions than modulation senescent cells, offering promising strategy for discovery combination drugs rational development therapies.
