ABSTRACT
Nanocapsules enable multicomponent encapsulation of therapeutic cargoes with high content and efficiency, which is vital for cancer immunotherapy. In the past, chemical crosslinking used to synthesize nanocapsules, can impede regulatory approval process. Therefore, a new class protein nanocapsules developed by eliminating need utilizing denaturation through process that referred as "baking at droplet interface". Such antigens incorporated in shell combination encapsulated drugs showed an enhancement immune response cells.
